Location : Doha, Qatar

We are seeking passionate and skilled female staff from Ethiopia and the Philippines to join our team in Doha. for The BARISTA ROLE

Barista Role :

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Specific Qualifications (Barista) :

  • Proven experience as a Barista is preferred.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and drink recipes.

    • Responsibilities (Barista) :

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, according to company recipes and standards.
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
  • Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Handle cash and process payments.
  • Restock inventory and supplies.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on coffee trends and techniques.
