ELV Pre-sales & Design Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver design content for a wide range of ELV systems, including CCTV, Active & Passive network, ACS, Queue Solutions, Fire Alarm, BMS, LCS, PA, AV, GRMS, Digital Signage and IPTV.

Prepare technical documents such as Detailed Drawings, Material Submittals, UPS power calculations, storage calculations, specifications, and tender documents.

Coordination

Actively participate in design progress meetings and coordination sessions.

Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Installation Engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Authority Liaison

Communicate with Local Authority Departments, including the Ministry of Interior, to follow up approval processes and secure the necessary documentation at all project stages.

Follow up on approvals and ensure all submissions comply with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

Min 3 -5 years proven experience in MOI CCTV projects & ELV system Design on multiple scale projects in.

Strong technical proficiency, including the ability to perform complex design calculations.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to liaise with the authorities.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software (AutoCAD, Revit and others).

Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes.
