Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist electrical, mechanical, plumbing repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
• Maintain logs for all work performed while on duty.
• Maintain and re‑lamp all lamps in the hotel, including socket repair and replacement.
• Assist electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors, and associated equipment.
• Assist in providing preventative maintenance of all electrical / mechanical / plumbing equipment and updating appropriate logs.
• Assist shift engineers, General Mech, Plumber, Carpentry, and other requirements.
• Maintain records and files on all mandatory systems, such as preventive maintenance, work requests, firefighting panel, and company truck.
