Responsibilities

• Perform allocated repairs based on Manufacturer's fixings treatments to achieve high-quality results.
• Improve efficiency by minimizing wasted time in daily tasks.
• Use tools, equipment, and shop manuals appropriately to maintain quality and resolve issues.
• Attend training and conduct self-study to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Provide notes to supervisor / foreman about repairs required to obtain customer or insurance authorization.
• Maintain a tidy working area to ensure a healthy, safe, and risk-free working environment.
• Comply with vehicle sanitation and safety warnings to achieve customer satisfaction.
