STAFF NURSE
Responsibilities
- Maintaining exact, total health and wellness care records and reports.
- Carrying out medicines to clients and checking them for adverse effects as well as responses.
- Recommending assistive medical devices and related therapies.
- Recording patient vital indications and medical information.
- Getting clinical analysis and professional examinations.
- Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in client conditions.
- Providing non-intravenous medications.
- Assessing, applying, preparing, or assessing client nursing care plans by dealing with care team participants.
- Changing patient health care plans as shown by client conditions and feedback.
