Role and responsibilities

Create a welcoming experience for guests by greeting them on arrival at the Club Olympus.

Assist guests with registration, process payments, and respond to inquiries.

Proactively resolve service-related concerns and provide appropriate follow-up.

Contribute to a signature guest experience through helpful, exceptional service and casual conversation.

Qualifications

Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to connect with guests

International experience in luxury hotel brands; adaptability to diverse cultures

Desire to learn and grow professionally

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent English language skills
