We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our global finance systems. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, ensuring scalable and robust solutions across all core modules. You will lead large‑scale finance transformation programs, driving the entire lifecycle from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support. A key part of your role will be designing seamless, real‑time integrations with third‑party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This position requires deep expertise in financial domain processes and the ability to align technical solutions with global best practices and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the CFO's office and other senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our ERP transformation. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding both functional and technical teams, mentoring consultants, and solving complex architectural challenges. This is a strategic role that will shape the future of our financial systems landscape.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Expertise in defining end‑to‑end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
• Proven leadership of large‑scale, multi‑geography finance transformation programs through all phases.
• Hands‑on experience designing and building real‑time integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency in developing technical components such as BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and data loaders (HDL / HSDL).
• In‑depth knowledge of financial accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and compliance requirements (SOX).
• Strong experience with data migration strategies and execution for complex ERP implementations.
• Ability to lead requirement gathering workshops, CRP sessions, and testing cycles with senior finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with Procurement, Projects, and external systems.
• Extensive experience in global rollouts and standardizing finance processes across multiple countries.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Tax and Subledger Accounting (SLA) modules.
• Official certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
• Certification or practical experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading cross‑functional delivery teams.
