Production Supervisor

Managing a team of production staff and overseeing the daily operation of the digital offset printing press to meet the production schedules and deadlines Plan schedule and coordinate production activities to meet customer demands Ensures that all jobs processed in production are with corresponding job orders Ensures that delivery note and invoice s are processed prior to delivery of completed jobs Ensures that production equipment are properly maintained and repaired as needed Monitor and control production process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Monitor production cost and implement measures to reduce expenses where possible Monitor digital or offset production inventory and ensure to keep the right amount of raw material and consumable inventories Collaborate with sales customer service and other departments to meet customer requirements Ensure quality of digital or offset products and services Identify and resolve production problems challenges and other issues Ability to identify analyze and resolve production problems challenges and other issues Able to identify alternative course of action beneficial to both the customer and the company when necessary Stay uptodate with the industry trends and advancements as the digital and offset technologies are constantly evolving Demonstrate professional friendly relationship with both internal and external customers vendors suppliers Provide training and development to the team
