Overview
Prepare and assemble mechanical equipment, conduct inspections, document processes, and support site personnel while adhering to quality and safety guidelines. Provide technical design and engineering services in Mechanical Building Services Engineering, utilizing HVAC and AutoCAD expertise while coordinating with stakeholders. Lead mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, ensuring compliance with standards and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, ensuring compliance with standards and effective communication.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards.
- Manage customer projects and provide technical support in crane operations; mentor engineers and teams.
- Develop networks of suppliers and customers, manage client relationships, and conduct market research in industrial sales.
- Maintain and repair machinery in beverage production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Supervise mechanical activities on construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency; manage workforce performance and resolve operational challenges.
- Perform inspections of firefighting, electrical, and mechanical systems; implement preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Prepare and review mechanical engineering designs; update technical drawings using AutoCAD; assist in design reviews; require knowledge of 3D modeling in refinery environments.
- Provide process engineering services for large projects, ensuring HVAC design compliance and client engagement.
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems; develop schedules; provide technical support.
- Ensure HSE compliance and client relations in heavy industrial equipment maintenance.
- Assist in project planning and coordination of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
