Job Title : TA Operations Coordinator

Job Purpose :

The TA Operations Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing recruitment operations, ensuring smooth coordination of hiring processes, maintaining candidate experience, and assisting in data tracking and reporting. This role is essential in enabling efficient and effective hiring across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.

Manage job postings across internal and external platforms.

Support recruiters with candidate communication, follow-ups, and updates.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and requisition information.

Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.

Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy, and employment regulations.

Assist in onboarding coordination, including documentation and pre-joining formalities.

Act as a point of contact for candidates to provide a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events as needed.

Partner with HR and other teams to streamline TA operations and improve efficiency.
