We are seeking an experienced Manager – People Change & Communications to lead change strategies and communication plans that support the successful adoption of HR initiatives and large-scale organizational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply proven change management methodologies to support program rollouts and HR transformation initiatives
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to guide communication and engagement strategies
- Design change enablement plans including messaging, tactics, and resistance management
- Develop clear, compelling communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences across the organization
- Create engaging content for HR initiatives and align messaging with broader organizational priorities
- Map communications against organizational calendars to ensure consistency and avoid overlap
- Support training and awareness programs to enhance adoption and understanding of change initiatives

Strong expertise in change management methodologies and organizational communicationsAbility to create and execute communication strategies for large-scale initiativesSkilled in stakeholder engagement, influence, and relationship management without direct authorityAnalytical skills to assess people impact, identify risks, and propose effective solutionsStrong content development, storytelling, and presentation abilitiesExcellent English communication, advisory, and facilitation skillsQualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fieldMinimum of 9 years’ experience in change management, organizational communications, or HR transformationDemonstrated success in supporting HR or organizational change adoption initiativesExperience designing communication campaigns, training support, and engagement strategiesThis is a 3-month contract role based in QatarCandidates available for immediate joining will be preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
