Overview

Position : Female Banquet Supervisor - Arabic Speaker We are currently seeking a Female Banquet Supervisor who is fluent in Arabic to join at a luxury 5-star hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in banquet or event management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of events and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all banquet operations, including set-up, service, and breakdown Ensure that all events are executed according to the client's specifications and company standards Train and supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients, responding to their needs and requests promptly Monitor and control banquet expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies Conduct pre-event meetings with clients to ensure all details are confirmed and understood Conduct post-event evaluations and address any issues or concerns with clients Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless event experience for clients Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Qualifications

Fluency in Arabic and English is a must Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet or event management Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations Knowledge of food and beverage service and event planning Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred Salary and Benefits

Salary : QAR3,500 18 Annual Leaves, 11 Public Holidays, 1 Birthday Off Vacation Ticket Allowance provided annually Alternate 2- & 1-Day offs weekly (6 days in a month) Meals, Uniform and Transport Provided Accommodation : Barwa Madinatna (Single room)
