Pastry Chef

Entry-Level Pastry Chef Location : Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Open to Canadian Applicants)

We are seeking a talented and driven Pastry Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and executing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our restaurant guests. Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed Collaborate with other kitchen staff to develop new menu items Train and supervise junior pastry cooks as needed Requirements :

Canadian citizenship or permanent residency preferred Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field is an asset 1-2 years of experience working in pastry / bakery production preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an asset) Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Salary :
