Account Manager-IT Services – GoWin Coaching
We are looking for a motivated and confident Account Manager who enjoys building relationships and closing deals in the IT industry. In this role, you will focus on connecting with enterprise and government clients, offering IT solutions that support digital growth and innovation. You will manage the full sales cycle, learn and share the latest technology trends, and work closely with internal teams to provide the best solutions for our clients. Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities for IT infrastructure, software, and digital transformation solutions
- Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with decision-makers in enterprise, government, and semi‑government sectors
- Work with pre‑sales, technical, and delivery teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new vendor technologies
- Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and partners to align strategies and ensure compliance
- Provide regular forecasting and sales performance reports to management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in IT solution or technology sales in QatarProven experience selling to enterprise, government, or oil & gas clientsGood understanding of IT areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital infrastructureStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf‑driven, target‑focused, and able to work independently and as part of a teamValid QID and Qatar driving licenseFluency in Arabic is an added advantageWhy Join Us?
