الوصف الوظيفيProven experience in IT sales or related fields. Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, networking, cloud computing, and managed services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Fluency in English and Arabic languages
Role Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Present and sell a range of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and managed services.
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and support for sold solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company’s IT offerings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
