Treasury and Banking Relationship Manager.

This role is a key part of the group’s finance leadership, managing relationships with multiple banks and overseeing treasury operations to ensure liquidity, risk control, and optimized financing structures.

Key Focus Areas

Develop and maintain strong banking relationships across the region

Negotiate facilities, manage funding requirements, and oversee cash management

Conduct credit and risk analysis to ensure financial stability

Drive strategic treasury initiatives to support group growth

Ideal Background

10+ years’ experience in treasury, corporate banking, or financial relationship management

Strong understanding of banking products, credit facilities, and risk management

Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills

Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field.

The candidate must be certified

The candidate must have a strong GCC experience.
