Overview of the role The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delighting customers, generating sales, and achieving / exceeding targets through exceptional service and effective sales strategies. This role involves maintaining attractive displays, ensuring safe stock management, and upholding retail standards. The executive serves as the main point of contact for customers, creating a lasting impression about the company and products. Collaboration with the merchandising team and sales in charge is critical to successfully execute sales strategies and maintain showroom appeal.
What you will do General
Attend customers to offer company products (watches) and explain benefits and features to achieve good sales performance.
Maintain and upkeep the showroom with attractive displays to motivate potential customers.
Maintain daily sales and stock registers and update them on a day‑to‑day basis.
Assist the shop in charge by checking inventory levels and requesting replenishments.
At the end of work shift, check and hand over stock and cash to the sales in charge.
Assist sales in charge with frequent display changes, introducing new ideas to enhance shop aesthetics.
Collaborate with sales in charge in identifying aging items in stock.
Required skills to be successful
Effective communication skills to promote products and influence purchase decisions.
Ability to maintain accurate sales and inventory records consistently.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining attractive product displays.
Strong customer service skills to handle affluent local and expatriate customers effectively.
What qualifies you for the role
University graduate preferred but not essential.
3 years in sales activity, particularly in the retail sector.
Proficiency in English language and pleasant customer care manners.
Arabic language skills are advantageous.
