Animator and Content Creator

to elevate our real estate brand through captivating animations and engaging multimedia content. This role will focus on creating visual assets that highlight property listings, showcase market insights, and enhance client engagement across digital platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling through animation and understand the nuances of real estate marketing, this position is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities : Create high-quality 2D / 3D animations and motion graphics to showcase property tours, neighborhood highlights, and market trends. Produce engaging video content for social media channels, email campaigns, websites, virtual tours, and client presentations. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brokerage teams to translate property features and brand messaging into compelling visual stories. Develop animated infographics and data visualizations to simplify complex market reports and statistics. Edit and enhance video footage from property shoots, including adding animations, voiceovers, and music. Optimize content for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website. Stay up-to-date with real estate marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is fresh and impactful. Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all animated and video content.
