Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and other related equipment. Valid Qatar Driving License. Valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) are mandatory. Ability to join immediately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, particularly within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. A valid Qatar Driving License is required, along with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and oversee mechanical maintenance activities for various facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure efficient operation of mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions.
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to facilitate seamless maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies and spare parts.
