Projects Manager - Specialized Contracting (Waterproofing) - Qatar

Our client, a leader in the specialized contracting sector, is searching for a highly experienced and technically proficient Projects Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of their complex waterproofing projects. This senior role requires 8-10 years of progressive project management experience, preferably with specialized knowledge in waterproofing systems, materials, and installation techniques. The successful candidate will be accountable for developing comprehensive execution plans, maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards, managing project budgets and cash flow, and leading a multi-disciplinary site team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction and operational efficiency across all assigned projects. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project / Primavera) and strong commercial acumen are essential for managing project finances, claims, and ensuring high collection rates.

This position is exclusively open to candidates currently residing in Qatar or willing to relocate. To effectively manage multiple sites and project logistics across the country.
