We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha Qatar. As a Medical Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share
- Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to healthcare professionals
- Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars and workshops to promote company products
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends providing regular reports to management
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and sales strategiesProvide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and product developments in the pharmaceutical industry
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionalsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteIn-depth knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical productsDemonstrated time management and organizational skillsUnderstanding of healthcare industry trends and regulationsKnowledge of medical ethics and complianceSales certification (preferred)Valid Qatar drivers license and willingness to travel within the Doha areaAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsRemote Work : Yes
