Overview
Lead Carpenter. You will supply facility and professional woodworking jobs, not restricted to soft or tough woods, within HIA school, properly and based on safe working procedures, best practices, and within the timeframe required by management.
Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance, renovations and construction woodworking work, including cutting, joining, preparing, sanding, and related tasks in accordance with Stakeholder requirements.
- Aid in determining the best materials to order in advance to ensure timely and accurate procurement.
- Operate complex woodworking machinery to deliver projects according to design, with precision and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage stock levels within agreed quantities to meet project timelines and minimize waste.
- Work in accordance with standard operating procedures, method statements, risk assessments, and safety controls to meet timelines with high-quality workmanship.
