We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect with over 12 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of our Oracle Fusion Retail ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will define the end-to-end architecture for a suite of Oracle Retail applications, including RMS, RPM, and WMS, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and third‑party systems via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will spearhead full lifecycle implementations, from requirement gathering to go‑live, and provide expert guidance to both business and technical teams. Your deep expertise in retail business processes, coupled with hands‑on technical skills in SQL and PL / SQL, will be crucial for designing scalable solutions and optimizing system performance. The ideal candidate will translate complex business needs into robust, secure, and efficient technical architectures, driving organizational goals and mentoring junior consultants.

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle Retail solutions architecture and implementation.
• Expert‑level knowledge of Oracle Retail modules : RMS, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, SIM, and WMS.
• Proven experience designing and building end‑to‑end integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware.
• Strong hands‑on proficiency with SQL, PL / SQL, batch job development, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go‑live.
• Deep understanding of core retail business processes, particularly in merchandising, pricing, inventory, and supply chain.
• Experience in developing data migration strategies and ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Ability to design scalable, high‑performance solutions for large‑scale retail operations.
• Experience with global rollouts and multi‑country implementations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Retail Cloud, Oracle Simphony, and integration with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Professional certifications in Oracle Retail or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior team members.
