Job Title : Storekeeper
Position Purpose :
The vision of the organization is to build community through agile transport solutions, connecting Qatar safely and sustainably. The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of goods and materials in the warehouse.
Job Summary :
The Storekeeper will manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving and storing goods, issuing materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities :
Warehouse Operations & Management :
Oversee daily operations to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.
Inventory Management & Control :
Manage stock control system, set stock levels, and perform regular stock checks.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination :
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for timely delivery of goods.
Compliance & Risk Management :
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Reporting & Administration :
Generate reports on inventory levels, performance metrics, and operations.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills :
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience :
At least 3-4 years of experience in a warehouse or storekeeping role.
Certifications :
Certified Storekeeper (CSK), Certified Warehouse Manager (CWM), or Inventory Management Certification (IMC) is a plus.
Skills :
Strong coordination, time management, and diligence.
