UI / UX Specialist

Job Description

Role Overview

The UI / UX Specialist will support the enhancement of user experience across internal portals, business applications, and investor-facing platforms. The role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces while collaborating closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Key Skills & Expertise

Proficiency in UI / UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch , or equivalent

Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows , and conduct usability testing

Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility principles, and mobile-first design

Collaboration with development teams to ensure accurate delivery of design specifications

Requirements

Certifications (Optional)

UX Certification such as :

Nielsen Norman Group (NN / g)

Interaction Design Foundation (IDF)

or equivalent professional UX accreditation

Experience Requirements

5–7+ years of experience in UI / UX design, preferably within enterprise-level environments

Demonstrated portfolio showcasing web and mobile application interface design

Experience applying user-centric design methodologies and accessibility standards.
