  • Proven Leadership Experience in a secondary school setting, ideally within an international or British curriculum context.
  • Strong Academic Credentials , including a relevant degree and teaching qualification; leadership certification is an advantage.
  • Strategic Thinking & Operational Expertise to lead school improvement, curriculum development, and staff performance.
