The ideal candidate
Proven Leadership Experience in a secondary school setting, ideally within an international or British curriculum context.Strong Academic Credentials , including a relevant degree and teaching qualification; leadership certification is an advantage.Strategic Thinking & Operational Expertise to lead school improvement, curriculum development, and staff performance.Passion for Empowering Young Women , fostering a culture of ambition, resilience, and global citizenship.Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills , with the ability to inspire staff, engage parents, and connect with students.Cultural Sensitivity & Adaptability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural school community.Immediate Availability and readiness to contribute from day one.Facts & Figures
