Overview We are looking for a professional Barista to join our café in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee and creating delicious drinks that customers will enjoy.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee-based beverages and other items, such as tea, smoothies, and pastries.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a great experience in the café.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the café.

Have knowledge of different types of coffees and teas and understand brewing techniques.

Work quickly and efficiently while upholding quality and presentation standards.

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of coffee types and brewing techniques; ability to explain recommendations to customers.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work quickly while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
