الوصف الوظيفيManage independent cost estimation and cost advice for developing and implementing various capital, production, maintenance, HSE, and refinery shutdown projects. Execute cost estimates for in-house plant modifications to optimize and improve refinery processes, production, and HSE requirements. Minimum 12 years of oil and gas experience in cost estimation, contractor interface, planning, and costing. Excellent oral and written English communication skills, with good presentation skills. Experience in MS Office applications, leadership, motivation, and problem-solving skills. Civil / Mechanical / Process Degree from an internationally recognized university. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and / or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE are assets. Power Generation Power Distribution Energy Nuclear Energy Dammam / Khobar / Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia
