Distribution Supervisor - FMCG Salary : DOE Location : Doha, Qatar Job Description : •Previous supervisory experience in a in a similar role within a FMCG / RetaiI or similar fast paced warehouse environment •Solid commitment to safe work practices and proven experience making a positive impact on safety and compliance. •The ability to communicate effectively at all levels. •Extensive knowledge of the functionality of a WMS and RF units. •Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Professional approach to work and ability to lead by example. •Desire to challenge existing processes and procedures to drive improvements. Responsibilities : •Driving the commitment to the Linfox Safety Standards through ensuring Vision Zero is a daily focus within the operations. •Ensuring correct labor allocation to various tasks based on work volume. •Optimizing and promoting exceptional customer service through effective communication and relationship development with all levels of staff. •Managing staff to ensure that service levels, KPI’s and financial targets are achieved. •Continually reviewing change management and process development opportunities. •Ensure that the Linfox Values are part of the operational culture and all decisions and actions are carried out within the values frame work. •Run daily toolbox and shift prestart discussions.
