Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 15+ years of experience in managing shutdown and turnaround projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven experience in both onshore and offshore shutdown projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PMP certification.
- Expertise in budget management, resource planning, and cost control for shutdowns.
- Chartered Professional Engineer status or membership with a recognized engineering body (e.g., PMP, CEng, AACE).
- Familiarity with shutdown-specific tools for scheduling, procurement, and tracking.
