CNC Machinist ( CNC 5-axis or 4-axis HMC )

الوصف الوظيفيVisa & Deployment Ticket provided by the company free of cost. Overtime as per Qatar labor law. 21 days annual leave. Ticket every 2 years. Accommodation provided. Transportation provided. Food provided (3 meals a day). 3 to 5 years of work experience as a CNC VMC operator, CNC 5-axis or 4-axis HMC machining experience. ITI / Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production or in any related discipline. Experience on machines like : DMG125 5axis Mill-Turn, DBC130 Horizontal Borer, WFL 5axis Turn-Mill, DANOBAT 5axis Turn-Mill.
Position : CNC Machinist (CNC / VMC Operator)
Work Location : Qatar
Salary : QAR (defined based on the candidate skill set and company grades)
Job Responsibilities :
- Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines.
- Documenting actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Maintaining continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
- Ensuring safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Planning machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material, and fixtures.
- Setting up and installing tools and attachments.
- Manual programming and program editing.
- Designing and modifying fixtures.
- Proving machining of new components.
