MAINTENANCE INSPECTOR

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business Administration, OR 10 years of supervisory experience in facility maintenance operations. Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or international equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role
The Maintenance Inspector is responsible for inspecting and signing off on repairs and maintenance of various equipment including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems . This role ensures all maintenance work meets safety, quality, and contractual standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate repair and maintenance work according to project specifications and standards.
- Verify safety, performance, and compliance of all maintenance tasks.
- Identify and report deficiencies; recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Develop, gather, maintain, and submit work plans, reports, and documentation.
