Key Responsibilities Apply expertise in Human Capital Consulting services specifically in job evaluation remuneration benchmarking and conducting remuneration surveys to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Manage and oversee human capital consulting projects related to compensation and benefits ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the GCC market. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective relationship management acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for remunerationrelated inquiries. Leverage an extensive client network to foster collaboration and drive business growth in the area of compensation consulting. Qualifications Proven experience in Human Capital Consulting with a strong focus on job evaluation and remuneration practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. A robust network within the industry is highly desirable.
