POSITION OVERVIEW

Technician Grade 2

will be directly reporting to the Workshop Manager / Service Manager.

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE

Safety guidelines want to follow up as per company policy.

Maintaining the work standards as per the company’s policy and procedure.

Reading and understanding the customer’s concern.

Follow up the diagnosis procedure as per service manual.

Preparing estimate as per diagnosis and company standards.

Taking approval based on diagnosis directly from supervisor.

Maintain the 5S activities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS

Recognize diploma in regular basis or ITI certificate (Industrial Training Institute) done in regular.

Dealership experience (3 Years).

Knowing of PMS (Periodic Maintenance Service) as per company standards.

Technicians will speak with their supervisors, so the ability to understand instructions and communicating effectively will benefit you greatly.

Knowing about the replacement of unit assembly’s (Transmission, Differential, Transfer case, suspension, and brakes etc.).

Basic knowledge about SST (Service Special Tool) tools handling.
