Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter / Waitress to join our esteemed hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for exceptional customer service and demonstrate a commitment to providing guests with a memorable dining experience. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, efficiently processing orders, and ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly and courteously.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately
  • Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food handler's certification a plus
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service
