Description

We are seeking a Quality Controller for our FMCG company in Qatar. The candidate must have knowledge of quality procedures for FMCG food products and be capable of maintaining proper documentation related to these processes.

Proven experience as a Quality Controller in the FMCG food industry.

Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and other relevant food safety and quality management systems.

Ability to develop, implement, and maintain quality control documentation and records.

Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and quality assessments for food products.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and documentation management tools).
