Human Resources Specialist

About the Role Arkan Marketing is seeking a proactive and organized HR Specialist

to manage day-to-day human resources operations. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture as the team continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

Support payroll processing, leave tracking, and benefits administration.

Coordinate performance reviews and assist in employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and internal HR policies.

Support management with HR reporting and organizational updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in HR or people operations.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Must be living in Qatar.
