Role Summary : As a Senior On-Site Application Engineer, you will support Flowserve’s Lifecycle Advantage (LCA) contracts at one or more of our clients’ locations in Qatar. The purpose of this role is to translate the objectives of Flowserve and the client into a sustainable long-term contractual relationship focused on improving the performance of a customer's assets.

Your role :

• Lead the design and implementation of sealing solutions to meet customer needs and improve seal life.
• Act as the primary source of information regarding the design, application, installation, and operation of mechanical seals.
• Support the MOC (Management of Change) process with all required documentation.
• Carry out reliability walkabouts and generate reports accordingly.
• Perform mechanical seal failure analysis and produce reports accordingly.
• Troubleshoot pump and seal systems operating in Customer sites.
