Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with management team to create menus and promotional offers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting (minimum 3 years)Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staffStrong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural preferencesExperience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniquesExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)Knowledge of food safety regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailSalary
This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1400$. Accommodation will also be provided.
