Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our culinary team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, exceptional cooking skills, and the ability to lead a kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu specifications
  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with the management to create innovative menu items
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Must have experience in GCC countries
  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Creativity and passion for culinary arts
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
