Job Description
Contribute in the development of a sustainable business model for the different Zones in Qatar and support in developing and implementing a viable business plan.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies and financial analysis by creating financial models to identify and assess new opportunities and partnerships for Company and potential investors.
Stay up to date with reports, laws, trends, etc. that may have an impact on the financial aspect of Company's business and provide any relevant recommendations.
Analyze data that may affect investment plans such as pricing, stability, future trends and risks and develop and present reports to the relevant stakeholders as required.
Contribute to the development of proposals for potential business opportunities, from a financial analysis point of view, in collaboration with the Business Development Department.
Support in evaluating potential business opportunities and investments by conducting financial analysis and provide recommendations and prepare any necessary action plans.
Prepare monthly, quarterly or annual performance review reports on key activities & achievements and submit to senior management as needed.
Prepare department budget in collaboration with the management & finance department and put it up for approvals.
Any other duties requested by Management.
