Maintenance Supervisor

We are hiring for Maintenance Supervisor in Doha, Qatar Department : Maintenance Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in Hitachi elevators to oversee the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of our elevator systems. The supervisor will lead a team of technicians, ensure timely preventive maintenance, and guarantee compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities

Supervise, guide, and coordinate a team of elevator technicians for day-to-day maintenance and repair work. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of Hitachi elevators, identifying potential issues before they escalat(e). Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts inventory. Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns and coordinate emergency repairs efficiently. Train and mentor technicians on Hitachi elevator systems, troubleshooting, and safety procedures. Liaise with clients and provide technical support or guidance when required. Recommend improvements in maintenance procedures and elevator performance. Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in elevator maintenance, specifically with Hitachi elevators. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of elevators. Proven leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and preventive maintenance best practices. Good communication skills in English Skills

Troubleshooting and problem-solving. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Planning and organizing maintenance schedules. Supervisory and mentoring skills. Reporting To : Maintenance Engineer
