This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities in relation to Corporates, managing the planning, execution, and success of project alliances, and preparing market research to identify new opportunities. You will engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those opportunities, analyze the customer base and current strategies, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, profitability, and overall success of the Projects. You will search for synergies and explore achievements that are possible at the corporate level through cross-unit activity and new business growth opportunities. What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Pick, Pack, Process Customer Orders as received via the Shopper App or Order Manager dashboard Review orders vs products available and contact customers if required to suggest alternative products Goods receiving, replenishment, updating stocks & conducting expiry checks; assisting in product cycle counts Stock inventory; assisting in Purchases / Procurement Set priorities that reflect the importance of job responsibilities Be aware of quality and service benchmarks to achieve operational efficiency Coordinate with support teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations The Magic You Bring

Minimum high school diploma; a certificate or diploma in Retail or Business Management is a plus 1-3 years experience in supermarket Good organizational skills with the ability to support team activities Understanding of supermarket operations, stock management, and merchandising Knowledge and hands-on experience using POS systems for transactions and reporting Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing) Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems) Inside Snoonu’s Universe
