Opportunity to make a positive impact Our client is specialized in helping clients stay ahead of the curve through transformational solutions and deliver outcomes with increased efficiency by fulfilling their project requirements with tailored and customized outsourcing solutions ranging from design support to Asbuilt and BIM modeling The Job Job Summary The Site Architect will be responsible for managing and supervising all onsite architectural activities to ensure that projects are executed according to design specifications quality standards and timelines This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles site management and construction processes with a keen eye for detail and design excellence Key Responsibilities Project Supervision Oversee and manage the daytoday architectural activities onsite ensuring that all work aligns with the approved designs specifications and standards Coordination Work closely with contractors engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any onsite issues Quality Control Inspect work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship Address any discrepancies or noncompliance issues promptly Design Implementation Ensure that the architectural design intent is accurately realized in the construction process Provide solutions for any designrelated challenges that arise onsite Documentation Maintain accurate records of all architectural activities including daily reports progress updates and any changes or adjustments made onsite Safety Compliance Ensure that all architectural work adheres to safety regulations and best practices promoting a safe working environment Client Interaction Communicate with clients and provide updates on project progress addressing any concerns or requests they may have Ideal Candidate You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate You possess excellent communication and influencing skills are organised and able to multitask effectively You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams Ref 9CFNXFVBPA Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching
