Responsibilities

the Technical Manager Role

Lead technical teams in road and infrastructure maintenance projects.
Review designs, specifications, and technical submissions.
Ensure compliance with international road engineering standards (AASHTO, Eurocodes, etc.).
Provide technical solutions for complex engineering challenges.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Requirements for the Technical Manager Role

10+ years' technical management experience, with at least 5 years on international road / highway projects outside MENA.

Bachelor's / master's in civil engineering or related discipline.

Ideally a Chartered engineering professional through a recognised professional body.

Strong knowledge of pavement engineering, structures, and road maintenance systems.

UPDA / QCDD / QSAS certifications advantageous (if already familiar with GCC).
