Indian Immigration Attorney

Our law firm, located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Indian Immigration Attorney to join our team. This is an urgent opening for a candidate with no English language requirements and no prior experience necessary. We offer accommodation and are open to candidates from any nationality as long as they possess a valid biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals and needs
• Advise clients on the available immigration options based on their specific circumstances
• Prepare and submit visa applications, residency permits, work permits, citizenship applications, and other relevant documents
• Communicate effectively with government agencies on behalf of clients
• Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies in Qatar
• Represent clients in court for immigration-related cases
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress
