Civil Engineer in Doha

An international Facilities Management and Operations company recently won a large contract to provide the maintenance and management of the runways and taxiways at the new Doha Airport, and now requires an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team.

You will have the opportunity to oversee and lead a team carrying out work on this iconic project, and will contribute to the success of Qatar's infrastructure in the run-up to World Cup 2022.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of in-house staff to carry out the day-to-day maintenance of the 'airside' infrastructure at the airport.
• Coordinate with external vendors on new initiatives and major maintenance works.
• Plan, coordinate and execute rectification works.

Benefits & Compensation

This position will initially be on a 3-year contract with an option to extend for a further 3 years. Salary will be between 20-25,000 QAR per month (3,400-4,200 GBP) and comes with a strong benefits package of medical cover and annual tickets.
