Key Accountabilities Plan schedule monitor review and supervise all the preventive and corrective maintenance works for civil structural and architectural assets Stakeholder Management Contractor Management by reviewing Preventive maintenance Plan Schedules Conduct regular inspection of tools and equipment Perform Asset Condition survey Carry out monthly inspection and submit the repost to the Fault Repairing center Ensure compliance to all relevant safety security quality and environmental management policies
