Provide expert advisory support to CI / HUMINT operations, ensuring optimal mission execution and alignment with theater-level objectives. Lead and oversee the screening and intelligence collection processes. Advise senior leadership (O6 level or above) on the planning and execution of intelligence missions. Coordinate and integrate CI / HUMINT activities with Coalition forces and staff procedures. Conduct briefings for senior leadership, ensuring mission readiness and operational success. Conduct CI / HUMINT operations in complex environments, including coordination with theater-level operations. Qualifications

TS / SCI Clearance Bachelor’s Degree with at least ten years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree with at least six years of relevant experience. 10+ Years analytical experience with former MOS 35L, 35M, 351L / M, 97B, 97E, 35E, or civilian 1811 / 0132 (equivalent to GG-14 level), formerly badged and credentialed CI Agent, OR equivalent DoD / Joint service specialty codes (e.g., 18F, 180A, USAF 7XOS1, 1N7X1). Proven experience supporting CI / HUMINT operations, with expert-level CI / HUMINT knowledge and abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead intelligence collection at both tactical and operational levels, with a deep understanding of theater-level CI / HUMINT operations. Familiarity with Coalition operations and staff procedures. Strong briefing and senior leadership interaction skills. Deployment experience, including mission-directed travel within the Combined Joint Operations Area (CJOA). Medically qualified for mission-directed travel. Nice to Have

Experience with CJ2X, CIST, or armed CI programs (e.g., formerly TFAN). Additional deployment experience in support of joint / coalition operations. Familiarity with advanced CI / HUMINT collection methodologies and emerging intelligence technologies. Clearance
