We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled ServicesLeader to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Services Leader, youwill be responsible for driving our service business, ensuringoperational excellence and customer satisfaction. Reporting toCountry Leader, will lead a team of dedicated professionals,monitoring sales, managing resources, and implementing strategicobjectives to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive both sales and fulfillment processes, ensuringmarket coverage and addressing customer needs.
  • Maintainquality standards, oversee project measurements, and monitorservice personnel effectiveness.
  • Develop and implementnew service products, keeping in mind our focus on sustainabilityand the complete HVAC system
  • Achieve mission objectivesregarding sales, profit and management of resources such as backloganalysis, Work in Progress (WIP), overhead management, localinventory management, etc.
  • Collaborate with the HVACField Technician Supervisors to establish required skill sets andtalents.
  • Foster effective communication between servicepersonnel and the leadership team
  • Monitor and drivetraining programs and service engineers & technicianscareer development. Qualifications :
  • Technical education– Engineering degree
  • Proven track record inleading teams within a sales and / or operations domain
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact withdecision-makers and effectively present information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
  • A team player who excels in building relationships
  • Excellent spreadsheet, word processing, and presentationskills. i.e. MS Office Applications
  • Fluency in English
